Save your details once and fill your own applications with them, as often as you like. It never uses AI pages.

Your details stay yours
Sensitive details get their own lock
Everything is encrypted at rest, and passport, date of birth, tax and bank details also get a dedicated key. Client values are read from your CRM when you fill, not copied into AppliFlo.
AI reads labels, never values
When a field is hard to place, AI matches its label (“Passport no.”) to the right detail. Your values are never sent to AI.
