Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

We collect the information needed to run the service:

• Account details you give us, such as your name, email address and workspace.
• Documents you upload and the field values filled into them.
• Data from connectors you authorize, such as GlobalyOS client records or a CSV import.
• Usage and device information, including IP address and approximate location recorded in signing audit trails.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate AppliFlo — detecting fields, filling documents, routing envelopes and sealing signatures — and to secure accounts, keep audit trails, provide support and tell you about changes to the service.

Our intent is that customer and CRM data is not used to train foundation models. That policy is being finalized.

3. Data sharing & sub-processors

We share data only with sub-processors that host and operate the service on our behalf. The list will be published on the Security page. We do not sell personal information.

4. Security

Documents are encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, workspaces are tenant-isolated, and signing keys stay in Cloud KMS. See Security for detail.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.
