1. Agreement to terms
By creating an account or using AppliFlo you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or the organization you represent.
2. Use of the service
You are responsible for the documents you upload, the data you connect and the people you send envelopes to. Don’t use AppliFlo for unlawful purposes or to send documents you have no right to send.
3. Electronic signatures
AppliFlo is designed to support ESIGN/UETA electronic-signature workflows. You are responsible for confirming that electronic signatures are appropriate for each document you send.
4. Plans, billing & changes
Prices are provisional while plans are finalized with early-access partners. We will give notice before changing a paid plan.
5. Disclaimers & liability
AppliFlo fills and routes documents; it does not provide legal advice. Templates are reviewed bases, not a substitute for your own counsel.
