PAdES cryptographic sealing
Signatures are sealed with a verifiable certificate chain — tamper-evident by design.
Most tools default to a simple click-to-sign. AppliFlo seals every signature with PAdES — a stronger, tamper-evident standard.

Every action is logged with IP address, timestamp, and geolocation for traceability.
Send to one signer or many, in order or all at once, with automatic reminders.
PAdES (PDF Advanced Electronic Signatures) embeds a cryptographic signature into the PDF itself. Any later change to the document breaks the seal, so a signed document can be checked for tampering independently — not just trusted because a vendor says so.
AppliFlo's PAdES signing is real and built. External launch claims around specific legal regimes are gated on counsel review; for how we frame signing standards and compliance, see the Trust & Security page.
