How detection works today, and where it's going
Today, field detection is built on a proven document-intelligence baseline (Azure Document Intelligence) that recognizes the structure and fields in most business documents. It is a pragmatic starting point, not the finish line.
On the roadmap is an AppliFlo-owned detection model trained on the document patterns our users actually send — tuned for the contracts, offer letters, and intake forms that matter most. We will be honest about what is shipped versus planned as that work lands.
